1. Legal framework

We process your data under Paraguay's Law No. 7593/2025 on Personal Data Protection (enacted 27/11/2025, fully effective from November 2027), adopting its standards proactively. For EU users we apply GDPR and for Brazilian users LGPD. The law has extraterritorial scope.

2. Principles

Lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability.

3. Data we collect

  • Registration: first/last name, email, phone (optional), country and language.
  • Google sign-in: name, email and profile id.
  • Forms: the data and messages you send.
  • Usage/device: IP, browser and pages, via cookies and analytics.
  • Payments: via PayPal; we do not store card data.

4. Purposes and legal bases

As applicable: performance of the contract, your consent (communications and non-essential cookies), legal obligations and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention and improvement).

5. Processors and third parties

We share data with providers under contract and confidentiality: Google (sign-in, Maps, Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Brevo (email) and PayPal (payments). We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside Paraguay, with adequate safeguards under the law.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for legally required periods; then we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Access, Rectification, Erasure (right to be forgotten), Objection and Portability, and objection to profiling. Exercise them at contacto@inverpar.com.

9. Security and breaches

Technical and organizational measures by design and by default. In case of a data breach, we will notify the authority and affected users within 72 hours where applicable.
