1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of INVERPAR (the "Site"). By registering or using it you accept these Terms and the linked policies (Privacy, Cookies and Legal Notice).

2. What INVERPAR is

INVERPAR is solely an informational connection platform between companies posting investment opportunities and interested investors. It is not a financial institution, brokerage, advisor, fiduciary or intermediary; it does not participate, guarantee or hold any equity/partnership link in the opportunities. See the Legal Notice.

3. Registration

Some features require an account with accurate data. You are responsible for your credentials. You may sign up by email or with Google. An account is required to contact a company.

4. Posting of opportunities

Opportunities are posted by advertising companies, solely responsible for their accuracy and legality. INVERPAR may moderate/remove them but does not guarantee accuracy or results.

5. Plans, credits and payments

Some services are paid (subscriptions and credits to unlock contacts). Payments via PayPal; we do not store card data. Unless required by law, amounts are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

6. User conduct

You must not post false or unlawful content, compromise Site security, or use it for fraud or money laundering.

7. Intellectual property

Trademarks, design and software belong to INVERPAR or its licensors; user content remains the user's, with a non-exclusive display license.

8. Data protection

Processing follows our Privacy Policy, under Paraguay's Law No. 7593/2025 and, internationally, GDPR and LGPD as applicable.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". INVERPAR is not liable for damages arising from investment decisions or the relationship between users and advertisers. See the Legal Notice.

10. Governing law

Laws of the Republic of Paraguay; courts of Asunción, without prejudice to mandatory rules for users in other jurisdictions.
